Trifascicular Block - ECG

Trifascicular block means an ECG finding when there are present three ECG abnormalities at the same time. It is a combination of first-degree AV block + RBBB + LAFB (LAHB).

Conclusion: Trifascicular block is usually present in various heart diseases (it is definitely not a normal finding) and sometimes can progress into the third-degree AV block.
