ECG Strip 16 - third-degree AV block LBBB

A patient (84 years old, male) has been hospitalized for syncope, nausea and vomiting. He suffered from shortness of breath and swollen lower extremities. ECG shows us LBBB and severe bradycardia. I lead II I marked the P waves that are totally independent on QRS complexes. The diagnosis is third-degree AV block. The condition was solved by implantation of a pacemaker.
